Aleksander Estate Winery

Located in Ruthven, Aleksander Estate Winery is among the newest wineries in the region. At Aleksander our focus is making small batch, high quality wines that capture and reflect the characteristics of each vintage. We feature both the classic grape varieties and a series of specialty fruit wines all of which are 100% locally grown, truly allowing one to taste the region.

For the Bemben family, Aleksander Estate Winery is the connection that brings family, friends, spirit, food and drink together. Respect and appreciation for the vine and its wine is the driving force for quality wines, the pleasure and joy it brings naturally follow.

We invite you to visit us and try our wines in a comfortable, rural setting. The winery is open daily: Monday thru Friday 11-6pm, Saturday & Sunday 11-5pm. Wine tours and seminars are available by appointment.

D'Angelo Vineyard Estate Winery

D'Angelo Estate Winery, under the watchful guidance of Sal D'Angelo has received numerous awards for his excellent vintages since its establishment in 1983. Success begins in the vineyard, using enhanced viticultural techniques that ensures quality estate grown grapes. This produces exceptional red, white and outstanding dessert wines. Located in Historic Amherstburg at 5141 Concession 5 just 20 minutes south of Windsor.

Hiram Walker & Sons International Wines

This year Hiram Walker & Sons will be bringing their array of award-winning wines from their International Wine Brands. Offerings include: Jacob’s Creek from Australia Stoneleigh from New Zealand; Graffigna from Argentina; Campo Viejo from Spain. This is the first time International Wines will be available at Festival Epicure, and the fit couldn’t be better; coming from a local company employing local people. Smith & Wilson Estate Wines

Smith & Wilson Estate Wines is located in the Lake Erie North Shore wine region in Chatham-Kent on Highway 3, just west of Blenheim. They have been grape growers for over 25 years. In 2005, their craft winery opened. Their philosophy is to prepare small batch, quality wines to be enjoyed with friends and family. The vineyards grow on their third generation century farm, with vines planted on a gently sloping gravel ridge that falls to meet the north shore of Lake Erie. They welcome you to stop in and experience the special wines that the North Shore nurtures.

Call ahead to arrange your cheese tray, picnic lunch or winemaker’s dinner. Tasting room hours are Monday through Saturday, 11 until 5 and Sunday – noon until 4 (May 24 weekend until Thanksgiving weekend) Please check website for winter hours.

Sprucewood Shores Estate Winery

The Sprucewood Shores family warmly welcomes you to sample handcrafted VQA wines at our lakefront destination winery, just 3 km east of Holiday Beach. Our Winery’s focus is to provide a memorable experience during your visit and in the comfort of your home, with a selection of truly enjoyable wines and a setting second to none. Rooms are available for weddings, parties, or corporate events to enjoy our beachfront and beautiful property. Picnic baskets for two will be available from June 1 – October 15 to enjoy on our beachfront or patio overlooking the vineyard!

Viewpointe Estate Winery

Viewpointe Estate Winery offers wine and wine making from a “different pointe of view”. This state of the art facility produces premium wines and also offers a wide assortment of activities including wine tasting, culinary demonstrations, customized events and seasonal cuisine on our Lakefront Patio. With a breathtaking view of Lake Erie’s north shore, Viewpointe makes for an ideal destination for any occasion.

Wayne Gretzky Estate Wines

Since its inception in 2007, Wayne Gretzky Estate Wines have achieved critical acclaim and won numerous national awards. You can find Wayne’s wines in every province and all of them are proudly 100% VQA, grown in the Niagara Peninsula.

The winery, located in the heart of Niagara wine country, Vineland Ontario, is a destination for hockey and wine fans alike. Visitors to the retail store can view Gretzky memorabilia, taste the full portfolio of Gretzky wines, or enjoy lunch at The Grill Patio Saturdays and Sundays over the summer months.
