Festival Epicure 2011 Food Exhibitors

Festival Epicure 2011 will feature over 20 restaurants and food exhibitors serving a delicious array of pastas, jambalaya, sushi, pad thai, Greek pizza, chicken fajitas, gourmet burgers, blackened snapper, homemade desserts, frozen yogurt, ribs and more! With this abundance of scrumptious selections there is certainly something for every diet - a word we don't use often at this Epicurean feast!

Bozii

From a culinary perspective, the Bozii story began centuries ago in China, where people have long enjoyed a casual food called a Bao. The traditional version is a steamed bun that looks like an overgrown garlic bulb, traditionally stuffed with an endless variety of fillings.

A Windsor entrepreneur saw an opportunity to revolutionize the fast food business by launching an all-new line of products, based on the traditional bao, that were designed from the outset to be delicious and nutritious. Whereas most fast food outlets offer a few health-conscious alternatives to otherwise fatty, unhealthy menu offerings, he wanted his menu to be healthy and delicious from the outset.
